Todd Hotaling is committed to being a successful business professional and entrepreneur in the landscaping and stonework industry of Vermont. He is currently the owner and operator of Champlain Shores Landscaping and Stonework, and has been running the company successfully for the last ten years. He prides himself on his ability to not only deliver unique landscaping designs to clients, but also by being able to incorporate the beauty of Vermont into peoples’ yards and homes. Although he is successfully in the landscaping industry, his dream job is to one day own a Vermont plant based nursery that sells native plants in order to support local restoration projects for the environment.
Supporting the environment is an extremely important aspect of society today. With the enlargement of population sizes all over the world, more and more natural environments are being disturbed in order to facilitate peoples’ growing numbers. Restoration projects that focus on the redistribution of natural and native plants to specific areas will greatly increase our environment’s health and overall growth. However, it is important to put the right plants in the right places because not all plants can grow in any climate or environment. It is important to redistribute plants to their native environments otherwise they won’t grow and the overall effect of the restoration project will be lost.
Todd Hotaling hopes to one day be involved in a major restoration project that focuses on ensuring the state of Vermont’s beauty is forever saved. Not only is he devoted to keeping Vermont naturally beautiful, but he is also devoted to delivering that beauty into his clients’ own backyard properties. Through Champlain Shores Landscaping and Stonework, he is able to accomplish just that.
